Business Development Manager - The Sales Board

Learn to be the consummate deal-maker at The Sales Board. This is an opportunity to work and train directly with our Chief Sales Officer.You will sell our Action Selling product line to sales leaders, trainers and C-level executives in the US.

You will also learn to deliver Action Selling, Customer Relationship Professional and Sales Leadership workshops for customers around the country.

We are looking for coachable sales talent who will quickly become a top performer at The Sales Board.


  • Follow Up on Company Provided Leads
  • Conduct Needs Assessments of Qualified Prospects
  • Present High-Value Proposals to Top Management
  • Gain Commitment to Implement Sales Training, Customer Service and Sales Leadership Training.


  • College degree plus 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Effective communications skills (oral and written)
  • Outgoing personality and desire to learn how to be the best
  • Likes to have fun while working hard
  • Exceptionally organized and good time manager
  • Strong technology skills with MS products
  • Business acumen
