Minneapolis Sales Training expert adds Bonnie Hagen as VP of sales and marketing and promotes Steve Krebsbach to VP of business development
MINNEAPOLIS - (Aug. 27, 2009) - The Sales Board, a Minneapolis-based sales management - training firm that authors Action Selling Sales Training, is pleased to announce the addition of Bonnie Hagen, vice president of sales and marketing and promotion of Steve Krebsbach to vice president of business development.

Hagen joins Action Selling with more than 25 years of leadership, strategic sales, product development and marketing experience. Her expertise in sales management, publishing, human resources and research arms The Sales Board with an extended toolkit in the executive suite and beyond.

As VP of sales and marketing, Hagen will use her strong business acumen coupled with her extensive operations background to provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing objectives. Additionally, she will lead product development initiatives and campaigns for the organization.

Hagen holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from University of Wisconsin, River Falls and a Master of Business Administration from University of St. Thomas.

'Bonnie has a wide-range of experience that will benefit The Sales Board and its clients,' said Duane Sparks, chairman of The Sales Board and author of Action Selling. 'We couldn't be more excited to add such an accomplished and knowledgeable person to our executive team.'

Krebsbach joined The Sales Board in 1995 as a sales executive and quickly found himself occupying the VP of sales role. While in that role, Krebsbach led operations, marketing and sales strategy, doubling revenue for the company in less than three years. During his 18-year career, Krebsbach has served fortune 500 companies and small organizations alike.

In his newly designated role of vice president of business development, Krebsbach will be responsible for overall business strategy and staff development. 'Steve is a proven sales leader and coach,' said Sparks. 'He's one of the very best that I've ever worked with.'

Krebsbach holds of Bachelor of Science in Business Management from St. John's University..
