After the workshop training, students participate in the LearningLinkTM: our online Online Sales Training portal. The LearningLink system provides skill drills, exercises, field homework, sales training videos, and compliance reporting. On-going participation reinforces learning and ultimately changes behavior to consistent field success. LearningLink also gives sales managers the information they need to coach their team and measure progress. Additional learning is reinforced through the DVDs, audio CDs, student manual and practice guides every student receives with their Action Selling training material. The "Best Sales Practices" work conducted during workshop training has now been documented and solidified during this phase and becomes the standard for your entire sales team. |
