Prepare Students
 
When training adults, it is crucial that students are properly prepared to receive training. Before training begins the Action Selling training process uses an online Sales Skills Benchmark Assessment to measure the student's current knowledge on the 5 Critical Selling Skills. In addition, through your SWAT Analysis we coordinate what is needed to prepare the student's work environment to receive a trained salesperson. Your Action Selling trainer will work with you to set learning objectives and then align them with your company goals and best practices.

Prior to attending the Action Selling Workshop, each student will read the Action Selling book to become familiar with the Action Selling concepts. When this is done, students come to the workshop ready to learn. The Action Selling book is written in story format and describes the Action Selling Process. Salespeople enjoy reading the book and have a very positive impression of Action Selling as they begin their learning process.
